CALIFORNIA

State Law Requirements

These datasets contain a list of adult inmates currently in a California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation (“CDCR”) institution that are serving a sentence or are on parole. This data may include: name, DOB, physical description, address, crime and crime location.

COLORADO

This search can be added to the Instant National Search or requested as a standalone search for an additional fee. This search includes felony and misdemeanor records from all Colorado counties, including Denver County. CONNECTICUT

This dataset contains records for persons who are currently serving time under the supervision of the Connecticut Department of Corrections or who have escaped or absconded. This data may include: name, DOB, state identification number, admission date, Bail bond amount, most serious offense, offense severity, sentence date, detainer type, minimum sentence, maximum sentence, minimum release date, Maximum release date, estimated release date and status.

This dataset contains current and historical county criminal records and traffic records. Search results show defendant’s name, DOB, charge or charges, sentence information, county of offense. The State of Connecticut is divided into thirteen Judicial Districts where the vast majority of criminal cases are filed. The most serious cases are handled in the "Part A" courts. Less serious criminal offenses and motor vehicle cases are handled in the "Part B" courts, which are also known as the G.A., for Geographical Area, courts. A Supervisory Assistant State's Attorney oversees the criminal prosecutions in each G.A. court under the direction of the State's Attorney.
